What type of payment do you accept?

Payments must be made by credit card.  We accept American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Saddle Ranch with tracking information.  You can use the tracking number to track your package on www.ups.com.  If you misplace the email or have other questions about the status of your order, please email: srcorporate@srrestaurants.com.

What is the Saddle Ranch return policy?

Retail merchandise, including gift cards, cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or defective. 

I received the wrong product / My product was damaged or defective.
Contact Saddle Ranch by calling 818-788-2239 x30 or by emailing srcorporate@srrestaurants.com to alert us of the problem.  Ship the item back to us and we will refund your shipping costs.  Be sure to let us know whether you would like a replacement or refund for the item.
