Serving up breakfast, lunch, dinner,

supper,
cocktails and our giant smokin’ specialty drinks from 8am
-2am, 365 days a year. Our extensive brunch menu
serves up hearty breakfast items including mouthwatering
French toast, waffles and pancakes in a slew of
unforgettable flavors, countless combinations of steaks,
eggs, biscuits and gravy, and a seemingly endless variety of
delicious omelets. Our lunch menu boasts a huge
selection of salads, sandwiches, veggie, turkey and beef
burgers. For dinner, choose from one of the several
steaks, chops or ribs that make us famous.

The setting at Saddle Ranch Chop House is a western
ranch-style home combined with the feel of an Aspen ski
lodge, with the largest patio on the CityWalk. After dinner,
try roasting your own s’mores at one of our outdoor stone
campfire pits, or just enjoy a glass of wine by the fire.
For the more adventurous, end the night with a ride you’ll
never forget atop our infamous mechanical bull! With an
